Before your first review
Choose Pro or Studio, sign in, and continue to Stripe Checkout from your Billing page. Your plan starts after Stripe confirms payment. If checkout is not connected yet, the page will tell you and no payment can be taken.
When you create your first review link. You can prepare the brief, upload the work and check the review focus before starting the clock. The allowance includes one review with up to 5 reviewer responses. Deleting it does not restart the trial.
No. Clients open a link to see the work and give feedback. They do not need a Siftback account or a paid seat. The response allowance on each plan covers their submissions.
A review round is one presentation shared for a set of feedback. Follow-up answers, summary refreshes and tasks belong to that same round. Sharing a revised presentation as a new review starts another round. Your monthly allowance is used when you first create that round’s review link. Deleting a review does not restore the allowance.
New feedback and AI processing stop, but you can still read your saved feedback and summary and work through existing tasks. Choose a paid plan in Billing to continue collecting feedback and start additional reviews.
The limit is for sharing new rounds. Reaching it does not close existing paid reviews; they stay open within their response allowance while your subscription is active. Saved rounds do not use another month’s allowance. Unused rounds do not roll over.
Open Billing and choose Manage billing. Stripe lets you manage your subscription, payment method and invoices. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your paid period. After access ends, saved feedback and existing tasks remain available to the workspace owner. Shared team access requires an active Studio subscription.
No. Pro and Studio are monthly subscriptions in US dollars. Your allowance resets with each billing period. Review the final total in Stripe Checkout before confirming payment.
