Who handles your information
Siftback is operated by ATANA Works LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. Contact hello@davidatanasovski.com with privacy questions or requests.
We use account and billing information to manage our relationship with you. When a workspace owner uploads client material or invites reviewers, we process that project information to provide the service for that workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for deciding what to share and who should have access.
What we process
- Account information: your email address, sign-in identifiers, and name or profile information supplied through Google if you choose Google sign-in.
- Project information: project and client names, briefs, presentations, images, review settings, and team membership.
- Reviewer information: feedback, clarification answers, and any name or role the reviewer chooses to provide.
- Service records: generated summaries and tasks, review usage, account activity, and support conversations.
- Billing information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and billing-period dates. Card details are entered on Stripe; Siftback does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Technical information: session records, IP addresses, and request or error information used for authentication, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and security.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, deliver reviews and AI features, show feedback to the right workspace, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain service security.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, legal obligations such as keeping necessary billing records, or consent where required. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing & service providers
When an AI feature runs, relevant briefs, creative files, project context, and feedback may be sent to OpenAI for analysis, follow-up questions, summaries, or tasks. This can include the actual presentation or image, not just its filename. Avoid uploading information you are not permitted to share with these providers.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database and file storage, and infrastructure security.
- OpenAI: AI processing of relevant project content and feedback.
- Resend: delivery of email sign-in codes.
- Google: optional Google sign-in.
- Stripe: checkout, subscriptions, payment methods, and billing management.
Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards must support those transfers. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service.
Keeping & deleting information
Project content is kept while needed to provide your workspace, including access to saved feedback after a free review or paid subscription ends. Workspace owners can delete projects from the app. Deleting a project removes its active uploaded files and project records; usage and billing records may remain to enforce allowances and meet accounting, security, or legal needs.
Contact us to request account deletion or ask about retained information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the workspace owner for client-project requests. Backups and service-provider records can have separate retention periods, so removal from active storage does not guarantee immediate erasure of every copy.
Your choices & rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where used, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Email hello@davidatanasovski.com to make a request. Include your account email or enough project information to help us locate the relevant record, but do not send payment-card details or passwords.
Policy updates
