Who you’re using Siftback with
Siftback is an online client-feedback service operated by ATANA Works LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean ATANA Works LLC.
These terms apply to workspace owners, team members, and people submitting feedback through a review link. By using Siftback, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization. Questions can be sent to hello@davidatanasovski.com.
What the service provides
Siftback lets you upload a project brief and creative work, share a review link, collect client feedback, and use AI to ask clarifying questions and suggest summaries and tasks. It is delivered online through your browser. No physical goods are shipped.
Keep your sign-in access secure, provide accurate account information, and only share review links with the people you intend to invite. Anyone with a valid review link may be able to view the work shared through that link.
Your free review
New accounts can try one review with up to 5 reviewer responses. The 30-day period starts when you first create its review link. No payment card is required and the free review does not automatically become a paid subscription. Deleting the project does not reset this allowance. Once it ends, new feedback and AI processing stop unless you upgrade; saved feedback and existing tasks remain available.
Plans, payments & delivery
Pro costs $24 USD per month and includes 10 new review rounds per billing period, up to 10 responses per round, and one creator. Studio costs $59 USD per month and includes 30 new rounds, up to 10 responses per round, and 3 team members including the owner. See Pricing for the plan details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe processes payments. When checkout identifies a purchase as “Sold through Link,” Stripe’s Managed Payments service acts as merchant of record through Link. ATANA Works LLC continues to operate Siftback and provide product support. The final currency, amount, any applicable tax, and payment terms are shown at checkout before you confirm. Paid access is activated in your Siftback account after payment is confirmed; confirmation can take a short time. If payment succeeds but access is missing, contact us before paying again.
A round counts when you first create its review link. Drafts, clarification answers, summary refreshes, and tasks do not use extra rounds. Unused rounds do not roll over, and deleting a round does not restore its allowance. Failed payments may interrupt paid features until the subscription is paid and active.
Cancellation & refunds
Open Billing, then Manage billing, to cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. You keep paid access until then. Saved feedback and existing tasks remain available to the workspace owner afterward; shared team access requires an active Studio subscription.
Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund. Refund requests are reviewed individually as explained in our Refunds & cancellation policy. Contact us if you cannot access the billing portal. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Your work & reviewer feedback
You retain any rights you hold in the briefs, creative work, and feedback you provide. You give us permission to store, process, and display that material as needed to operate Siftback, including processing it with our service providers to deliver AI features. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work to us.
You are responsible for having permission to upload and share material, including client work and personal information. Do not upload material that infringes someone else’s rights, malicious files, unlawful content, or information you are not authorized to share. Do not misuse accounts, bypass access limits, or interfere with other users.
AI helps; you make the decisions
AI can misunderstand a presentation, omit context, or suggest an unsuitable question or task. Review its output against the original work and feedback before relying on it. Suggestions are not professional advice or a guarantee of a particular outcome. Creative decisions, client approvals, and delivery commitments remain between you and your client.
Privacy & availability
Our Privacy policy explains what information is processed, who helps provide the service, and how to contact us about your information.
We work to keep Siftback available, but maintenance, network failures, and service-provider outages may cause interruptions. Keep your own copies of important work. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse, security issues, unpaid subscriptions, or legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before they take effect. For account, billing, or terms questions, email hello@davidatanasovski.com.
